L298n Terms & Conditions — Official Platform Terms of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the l298n platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the l298n platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the l298n platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and l298n. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend that you review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
The l298n platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you have reached the required age and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
- Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.
- L298n reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason.
- Users are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and login credentials.
- Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to l298n immediately.
- Do not share your account information with any third party.
- L298n is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
Users agree not to use the l298n platform for any unlawful or unauthorised purposes, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, identity impersonation, or any activity that undermines the integrity of the platform. Users are also prohibited from using automated software, bots, or any technical tools to manipulate the l298n system.
Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities, disrupt services, or gain unauthorised access to other users' data is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Payment Information, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the l298n platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that payment information provided is accurate and valid before confirming any transaction.
- Deposits may only be made using payment methods supported by l298n at the time.
- All deposits are final and non-refundable once processed.
- L298n reserves the right to decline any deposit suspected of being linked to fraudulent or illegal activity.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply and are subject to change from time to time.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the user's name.
- L298n reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
- Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on the method selected.
- Any transaction disputes must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date.
L298n does not cover any charges imposed by banks or third-party payment providers. Users are responsible for reviewing and understanding such charges before carrying out any transaction.
Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
L298n is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from use of this platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or business interruption. l298n's total liability shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.
L298n reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Breach of these terms and conditions
- Fraudulent activity or misconduct
- Submission of false information during registration
- Attempts to manipulate the system or games
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software and materials found on the l298n platform are the exclusive property of l298n or its respective licensors. You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify or exploit any such materials without prior written consent from l298n.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation between both parties.
If negotiations fail, the dispute shall be referred to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia. You hereby agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of those courts.
